Whitney Frederick, is a multidisciplinary artist originating from St.Croix, VI and Cape Town, SF …raised in a Kittitian household. Her work operates as a visual study of themes centered on cultural identity, geography, and form- inspired by her rich afro-caribbean heritage/background as well as her experience as a black woman and being. Her mission is to connect people through imagery and visuals that are often under appreciated, and forgotten. Preserving her culture and promoting voices like hers.
